For employees to perform at their peak performance, the workday should include tactics for work recovery. Pivot’s Built-to-Move program offers these tips on recovering from work:
- Eat well for proper nutrition
- Perform counter-strain (movement opposite to the sustained work position)
- Stretch 10-30 seconds, 3-4 reps
- Take micro-breaks every 30 minutes throughout the day, 15-45 seconds
