
Zachary Edwards
Zach Edwards joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2018 as the Athletic Trainer for Hancock High School in Hancock, MD. He takes particular interest in injury prevention and strength and conditioning-related activities, and is a member of the Maryland Athletic Trainers Association (MATA) and Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers Society (PATS). Zach served as the Athletic Trainer at Poolesville High School as an employee of Adventist HealthCare, where he also assisted with inpatient physical therapy, from 2014-2018. Prior to that, Zach was an Athletic Trainer for MRS Physical Therapy and assisted with their ACL injury prevention programs.
Zach completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2012; he also graduated with a Coaching minor. He went on to complete his Master’s degree in Clinical Athletic Training from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Zach enjoys exercising, spending time with his wife and two dogs (Loki and Marvel), and reading.
