Towson, MD, August 3, 2016: Pivot Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy, sports medicine and aquatic therapy services, announced its expansion into the Pittsburgh region with the acquisition of Allegheny Chesapeake Physical Therapy. This expansion brings Pivot nine new clinics, totaling 11 in Pennsylvania and 122 throughout the East Coast.

Owners of Allegheny Chesapeake Physical Therapy, Rajiv Sawhney, DPT, and Steven T. Gough, DPT will stay with Pivot as clinic directors, clinical excellence consultants and experts in continuing growth in the region.

With the expansion, Pivot Physical Therapy now has five locations in Pittsburgh (Downtown, Eastside, Edgewood, Point Breeze, and Squirrel Hill), along with locations in Butler, Ebensburg, Johnstown and Wexford.
