Brian Hoy, Director of the Clinical Excellence Team at Pivot Physical Therapy, Wins Prestigious Distinguished Service Award from the American Physical Therapy Association of Maryland
Towson, MD, October 4, 2016: Brian Hoy, PT, CMP, FMS-C, who serves as Director of Clinical Operations and Director of the Clinical Excellence Team at Pivot Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy, sports medicine and aquatic therapy services, has been named the 2016 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award by the American Physical Therapy Association of Maryland, Inc. (APTA of Maryland).
According to Lauri Jacobson, Executive Director of the APTA of Maryland, “The Distinguished Service award was established to recognize a member who has shown a strong commitment and has dramatically impacted the profession.”
In nominating Brian, Gary Katz, co-founder of Pivot Physical Therapy, noted Brian’s “commitment, passion, intelligence, creativity, and dedication to our profession.” Katz further noted Brian’s “special dedication to the core component to continual improvement of patient care: Education.”
