A class just for the ladies to build strength, mobility, and functional fitness.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a combat sport and martial art based on ground fighting and submission techniques. Classes will focus on take downs, controlling the opponent, gaining dominant positions, submissions and many other techniques.

Forever Fit

The Forever Fit classes are designed for Seniors and exercise beginners, allowing participants to practice fundamental movements, balance, and independence, while building strength.

Full Body Circuit

The Full Body Circuit classes are designed to raise and lower heart rate using interval-style circuits, allowing participants to build power, speed, and cardiovascular health.

Strength

Our Large Group Strength Class is designed to challenge large muscle groups in functional movement patterns, allowing participants to build lean muscle tissue. This class is generally circuit-style on timed intervals of work and rest periods.

Yoga

The Yoga class is designed for Yoga beginners and seasoned Yogis alike, allowing participants to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques.
