Tyler is a Physical Therapist at the Eldersburg, MD location for Pivot Physical Therapy. While growing up in West Virginia, Tyler became fascinated with the different roles a physical therapist has in healthcare. He shadowed a variety of therapists in different settings that positively impacted his career outlook. After he graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Exercise Physiology and an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy, he spent a year working as a physical therapist aide in Elm Grove, WV. It was during this time that he decided to become a physical therapist himself. Tyler graduated from West Virginia University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August of 2020. In the upcoming years, he is looking to specialize in orthopedics and hopes to continue learning under Pivot’s mentorship and residency programs.
In his free time, Tyler enjoys hiking, cooking, watching movies, gaming with friends, traveling, and watching football. He loves spending time with his five nieces and nephews as well as the rest of his family.
