Tyler Kilpatrick was born and raised in Hendersonville, NC and has called Asheville home since 2006. A true local, she obtained her BA in Spanish from UNCA in 2012 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Western Carolina University in 2019. Tyler began her career at CarePartners Inpatient Rehab hospital where she treated acute neurological and multi-trauma orthopedic conditions.
Tyler’s area of expertise include evaluation and treatment of a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions consisting of back and neck pain, tendinopathies, balance dysfunction, post operative rehabilitation, as well as returning to sport and active lifestyles.
Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending time with friends and family, stand up comedy, trivia, dancing, weight training, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about utilizing quality movement and exercise to improve the human experience.
