
Tina Cadden
Tina was born and raised in Roanoke, VA. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Exercise Physiology and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Medical College of Virginia. She practiced in Roanoke, VA for 21 years and during that time served as the Director of Physical Therapy for Rehab Services of Roanoke and Regional Director of Physical Therapy for Heartland Rehab Services. She went on to provide services in several life care facilities before returning to the outpatient setting. Tina moved to Virginia Beach in 2014 and continued to work in outpatient PT. While she considers herself a general practitioner, her skills and talents lean towards a mechanical and manual approach including, but not limited to: visceral manipulation, McKenzie Method, dry needling, PRI® (postural restoration), Graston Technique, kinesiotaping, pelvic mechanics, muscle energy techniques, and strain counterstrain therapy. Her practice focuses on chronic pain, temporomandibular dysfunction, headaches, and abdominal pain.
