Physical Therapist, Clinic Director
Tim Hoyle is a doctor of physical therapy who joined the Pivot Physical Therapy team as a staff physical therapist at the Clinton, NC location in March 2017. With a special interest in all of orthopedics, he plans to enroll in the Orthopedic Residency Program where he will receive his OCS certification and he will also strive to obtain his manual physical therapy certification to further his education. He is a Pennsylvania native where he previously served as the clinic director at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Tim obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Penn State University in 2013 where he assisted with research in the Biomechanics Laboratory. He continued his education with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2015 being awarded the Faculty Commendation Award. During his time at Chatham University he had clinic affiliations in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient care, acute care, and a skilled nursing facility.
Outside of work Tim enjoys outdoor recreational activities such as golfing, mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and fishing. It is his goal to give back to the community by assisting in local events and charities.
