Tanya Dickson joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2016 as a Physical Therapist in the Berlin, MD clinic. In January 2017, Tanya assisted in opening a new clinic in Salisbury, MD as the Clinic Director.  Tanya has taken advantage of the multitude of education opportunities provided by Pivot. She obtained her certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation (AIB-VR), Dry Needling Certification (CMTPT), Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT), Certified Clinical Instructor (CCI), and is a Concussion Rehabilitation specialist. In 2020, Tanya joined the Industrial Rehabilitation Services leadership team as a Maryland State Director.

Tanya received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Salisbury University in 2008. She then obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2011. She enjoys providing mentorship and teaching, as she has assisted the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in their cadaver lab for both PT/PA programs, guest lectured special topics at Salisbury University, and has taken numerous student interns and affiliations for both PT/PTA, Exercise Science and Kinesiology.

Tanya currently resides in Salisbury, MD with her husband and two children. She enjoys time with her family, being active and outdoors, weightlifting, reading and music. She is currently a Fellow-in-training through Bellin College in Wisconsin to obtain her FAAOMPT.
