
Stuart Helster
Stuart Helster grew up in the Harrisburg area, attending Central Dauphin East High School. He completed graduate and undergraduate studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, obtaining his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. It was through this time Stuart found his love in fitness as a barbell athlete, and developed a passion for the education and treatment of the strength athlete. After graduation, Stuart has continued to emphasize his personal strength training, with the inclusion of endurance cycling and mountain biking, running, swimming, and triathlon, and is devoted to treating injuries in these same populations. Additionally, Stuart enjoys treating any and all athletes to help them return to the sport and activity they love, safely and effectively. He is well versed in a variety of orthopedic injuries as well, including but not limited to cervical and lumbar pain, and vestibular dysfunctions or vertigo, utilizing current research and evidenced based practice to provide the best possible care for his patients.
In his free time, Stuart enjoys spending time outdoors with his Border Collie, hiking, kayaking, or leisurely cycling.
