Stephanie Marchand
Stephanie was born and raised in New Bern, NC and attended Western Carolina University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Stephanie then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University near Charlotte, NC.
Stephanie knew she had a passion for physical therapy when she was in middle school and had to attend physical therapy herself for an injury. She knew from that moment forward she wanted to help people return to activities and sports they love and that make them happy.
Stephanie believes each patient should be treated as a whole person and not just an injured body part and incorporates functional daily activities and hobbies into her treatment approach. Stephanie enjoys treating a wide array of patients at different stages in their life and with different orthopedic injuries and gait and balance deficits.
When Stephanie is not working, she likes to spend her time outdoors either at the beach or in the mountains and spending time with family and friends.
