Sara is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at the Park Professional Center location in Seaford, DE.  Previously, she worked in Georgetown, DE Pivot for 7 years. Her special interests include orthopaedics, including post-operative rehab, sports rehab, pediatrics and vestibular rehab.  She has previously worked in OP/IP pediatrics, schools, as well as outpatient orthopaedics and neuro.  Sara is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor and Functional Movement Screen Certified.  Through the American institute of Balance, Sara has become a Certified Vestibular Therapist. She has been a member of the APTA since 2004.

Sara received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Painting and a Psychology Minor from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000.  She then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2004 after performing clinicals throughout the country.

Sara enjoys swimming, walking, beach activities and spending time with her family.
