Rupinder Dadwal joined Pivot Physical Therapy in August, 2019 as a Physical Therapist at the Centreville, VA location. Previously, Rupinder spent six years with MedStar Health – four years as an acute care inpatient physical therapist with MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital, and two years as an outpatient physical therapist for MedStar NRH Rehabilitation Network.
Rupinder received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy from the Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab, India, and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. Her rehabilitation specialty areas include: aftercare following joint replacement surgery, orthopedic conditions (including spine/neck, foot/ankle), ACL Return to Play, arthritis, fall prevention, and pain management. In January 2020, Rupinder will receive her certification as a Clinical Instructor from the American Physical Therapy Association.
Rupinder enjoys working with diverse populations, and embraces the challenges that arise in the outpatient PT setting. She enjoys learning and continues her education in the field of physical therapy to help provide the best care to her patients.
