Jenna Kanungo joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2017 as a full-time therapist after receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. In 2019 she received her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) and trigger point dry needling certification (CMTPT) for advanced hands-on techniques during treatment sessions. She also enjoys incorporating yoga postures and concepts into her treatments and plans on furthering her yoga training in the coming years.

Jenna enjoys working with patients of all ages including children and older adults. Her emphasis is on postural education, form modification, and performance optimization during day to day activities. Additionally, she enjoys working with neurologically compromised populations to improve safety and independence at home and in the community. Jenna’s goal as a physical therapist is to improve patient knowledge of movement dysfunction and independent symptom management to increase general activity level and quality of life.

During her free time Jenna enjoys traveling, cooking, music, art, soccer, and the outdoors.
