Parastoo Satarzadeh Moghaddam is a licensed Physical Therapist who joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2017 and currently holds the position of Clinic Director at our Germantown-Crystal Rock location. She manages the clinic’s operation and treats patients.

Paras is a 2007 graduate from The University of Maryland’s School of Medicine where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Upon graduation she received The Laura G. Levine-Mandell Award for demonstrating the caring & compassion that makes an outstanding clinician. She has also been recognized by Who’s Who Among American Colleges which is an honor program that recognizes outstanding students. In 2017 she participated in a Podcast interview hosted by American Physical Therapy Association’s (“APTA”) Move Forward Radio to discuss a “Success Story” of her patient’s recovery from hip impingement surgery.

Paras is extremely dedicated to her career and treats her patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic diagnoses with the effective use of Manual Therapy. She participated in Pivot’s Certification of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (“COMT”) program during the years of 2018-2019 & has become Certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
