Owen Quirk


Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Owen graduated with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University after obtaining his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University. Owen’s doctoral research investigated the increased risk of knee injury among female athletes and the correlation with improper biomechanics while jumping and cutting. He is experienced and successful in the treatment of various pathologies of the musculoskeletal system with a special interest in treatment of running injuries, shoulder pathology and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Owen has a passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy and strives to provide quality, hands-on care. He is trained in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and is FMT RockBlades certified.

Owen enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He likes to camp and hike and loves watching football, especially the New York Giants and East Carolina Pirates!
