Nish Panjwani joined the Pivot Physical Therapy team in March 2018 and brings along his expertise in orthopedic and sports injuries along with keen interest in manual therapy, taping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Prior to joining Pivot, Nish worked at a couple of skilled nursing facilities in Houston, TX and has a vast experience in managing adult neurological patient population and geriatric patients with balance problems. He also plans to be board certified orthopedic specialist in the coming months.
Originally, from India, Nish completed his bachelors in physical therapy there and has worked with renowned sports physical therapists and government hospitals across numerous inpatient and outpatient set-ups. He is an avid sports lover and had captained his college team in Cricket and volleyball. In 2015, Nish received his Masters of Health Sciences in Physical Therapy degree at the University of Indianapolis. He is certified in Mulligan’s and Maitland mobilization techniques, taping, CAFS, and is a Graston technique specialist. He enjoys learning new interventions and through continuing education, he intends to deepen his knowledge and clinical skills in recent advancements and evidence based practice.
When not treating patients, Nish loves to travel, hike, read, watch movies, and cook. He also has a goal to visit all the national parks in the USA.
