Neharika started at Pivot U Street in September 2023. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Adelphi University, NY in 2016 where she also was on the swim team. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from Hampton University in 2023. During her time at Hampton, Neharika had the opportunity to work in variety of physical therapy settings such as an outpatient orthopedic clinic, an inpatient rehab facility, and the VA outpatient/inpatient clinic where she was able to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, cardiopulmonary issues, neurologic disorders and other medically complex conditions.

Neharika is a crossfit level-1 certified coach and uses her physical therapy knowledge and crossfit training to improve mobility, functionality, strength and endurance across the lifespan. Her primary interest lies in bringing modern evidence based interventions to aid athletes in injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation. She prides herself in using a holistic approach in her treatment and ensures that her patient’s needs and goals are always prioritized.

Neharika is originally from India and moved to the DMV in 2021. In her free time, you can catch her enjoying a good lifting session at her local gym or at the nearest airport jet-setting for yet another traveling adventure.
