Melinda Russell is a physical therapist in Pivot’s Towanda, PA location. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and also specializes in chronic pain and improving functional mobility to get patients back to doing the things they love to do without pain. She has published an article about Constraint Induced Movement Therapy versus Bimanual Training in treatment of children with Cerebral Palsy in the Indian Journal of Physical Therapy.
Melinda has achieved a bachelor’s of science degree in physical therapy and doctorate of physical therapy from Misericordia University. She continues to learn by taking many continuing education courses including diagnosis of spine pain, differential diagnosis, and cancer rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Melinda loves fitness and being outdoors, she also crochets and sings in her church choir. She and her husband have a beautiful young daughter.
