Martina is a central PA native, growing up in Camp Hill, she developed her love for physical activity through playing field hockey and spending her summer’s outdoors as a camp counselor. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. She also had the opportunity of working in outpatient Pediatrics, during her 15-week clinical rotation, where she acquired skills from experienced NDT specialists including Bobath training principles, intensive handling & facilitation techniques, and an understanding of motor development through movement. She highly values family life and could see herself specializing a combination of pre & postnatal fitness and pediatrics.
Martina enjoys staying active through recreational running, hiking, and resistance training. In her additional free time, she also enjoys international travel to spend time with her family, art, and participating in her Church community.
