Lou is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), works in the Canton, Pennsylvania clinic, and joined Pivot Physical Therapy with the acquisition of ProCare in April of 2017.

Lou has been part of the Physical Therapy world for over 10 years starting as a PT Technician for two years then as a PTA for over 8 years. His education includes an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Physical Therapist Assistant from Broome Community College (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Western New England College (1986). He also has attended numerous continuing education courses including but not limited to Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Systems, The Duffy-Rath System, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue courses, and the Great Lakes Seminars course on Functional Strength.

Lou lives in Troy with his wife, Monya has two adult daughters, Alexa and Alyse, and a wonderful son-in-law Jim. Lou is active in the church he attends, enjoys bicycling, camping, reading, and playing cards with his family and friends. In the past Lou has also coached recreation league soccer, been a youth group leader, and conducted bible studies at a local nursing home. What Lou most enjoys and energizes him is simply “helping people”.
