Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Lauren joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2013 and is the clinic director for the Hagerstown – Valley Mall location. Prior to this, she was the athletic trainer at Martinsburg High School for several years. Her work as an athletic trainer has given her experience working with high level athletes participating in a variety of sports.

Her areas of interest include general orthopedics, sports medicine, post-surgical rehab, aquatic therapy and nerve entrapments. Lauren has a special interest in treating patients with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. In addition to her professional degrees, Lauren is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training and is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the APTA. She has volunteered her physical therapy and athletic training services internationally, traveling to Kenya to provide medical care alongside local clinicians.
