Physical Therapist, Assistant Clinic Manager
Kristy works at our Smithfield, NC location. She graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies and a minor in Nutrition Promotion. She continued her education at Ithaca and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. At Ithaca, Kristy was able to complete clinical rotations across the country, gaining a wide variety of perspectives for the rehabilitation of all injuries.
Kristy has a passion for general balance and lower extremity weakness as well as vestibular rehabilitation. She has obtained the American Institute of Balance concussion and vestibular certification as well as PWR! for people with Parkinson Disease. Kristy believes that each patient requires individualized care and utilizes a variety of treatment tactics to improve their rehabilitation outcomes.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to different countries and learning different cultural perspectives, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. She lives in Clayton with her husband, Connor along with her goldendoodle, Kona and her two cats, Brody and Rocket.
