Kristin Neary Smith is a licensed Physical Therapist who joined Pivot Physical Therapy in 2021 and became Clinic Director of the office in Urbana, MD in 2022. She has experience treating in the areas of sports/athlete recovery, total joint replacement, concussion, BPPV/vestibular rehabilitation, active aging adults, runners, as well as home health populations. Kristin achieved her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in Nov. of 2022.

Kristin is a graduate of University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Miami, FL in 2020 where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Development 2015 from Virginia Tech – Go Hokies!

In her free time, Kristin enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, exploring hiking or kayaking, cooking or trying new food/restaurants, and spending time with her dog and her husband Matt.
