Physical Therapist, Clinic Manager

Katrina is the Clinic Manager and a physical therapist for our Glen Allen – Creeks location where she enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She especially enjoys working with athletes, post op patients, dry needling, and vestibular and concussion patients. Katrina completed post-graduate advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy at the Virginia Orthopedic Manual Therapy Institute as well as received her dry needling certification from Myopain Seminars.

Originally from Hamilton, New Jersey, Katrina grew up playing several sports including soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and softball. Because of this she has had several knee surgeries over the years, which sparked her interest in the physical therapy field. She has a twin sister, Lauren, who is a Chiropractor who practices in Florida.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Sciences and Psychology from the College of William and Mary in 2013. While earning her degree, Katrina was a Division-1 soccer player for the Tribe for 4 years. She took a year off before attending PT school to coach college soccer for NJIT in 2014 which she thoroughly enjoyed. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, running, cooking, going to the beach, and reading.
