Kailey Maniscalco is a Physical Therapist Assistant who joined Pivot Physical Therapy in March 2020, on her birthday. She earned her Associate in Applied Science at Montgomery County Community College, and was one of the first to earn a PTA degree from their charter class. While in school, Kailey volunteered for Special Olympics and Hope Springs Equine Therapy for kids and adults with disabilities.

Prior to her job with Pivot, Kailey worked as an activities assistant planning and facilitating recreational exercises. She loves to motivate and educate others on the importance of physical activity. Kailey’s patience and compassion helps her excel at her job. A few of Kailey’s clinical interests include instrument assisted soft tissue massage, trigger point release technique, balance coordination, gluteal / abdominal activation, and lower extremity strengthening. She is a huge proponent of drinking more water.

Outside of the clinic, Kailey enjoys quality time with friends and family. Her hobbies include tending her chickens, gardening, spin classes, and hiking with her doodles.
