Judy Noonan has been a Physical Therapist Assistant at Pivot Physical Therapy’s Columbia, MD (Athletic Club) location since 2014, offering aquatic therapy services and care.

Judy graduated with a B.S. from the University of Maryland and later continued her studies earning an Associates of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree from the Carroll College PTA program.  Since graduation, she has worked in various settings including outpatient clinic, rehab, assisted and independent living (Continuing Care Retirement Communities) to support people with their goals and regain optimum quality of life.

After a personal experience with the health issues of her Mother, and subsequent wonderful progress in the aquatic environment, Judy was inspired to transition to aquatic therapy becoming ATRI certified  (Aquatic Therapy Rehabilitation Institute) and which she finds most fulfilling. Judy enjoys attending aquatic conferences whenever possible . . . and outside of the pool enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors – both land and sea.
