
Jessica Raab
Jessica Raab is a physical therapist and clinic director at the Abingdon, MD Pivot Physical Therapy clinic, and began working for Pivot in 2018. She has experience working with patients of all ages and skill levels, ranging from the athletic population returning to their sport to older individuals seeking to improve their ability to complete daily tasks at home and out in the community.
Jessica is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), as well as the Sports Physical Therapy Section. She remains up-to-date with current research and techniques, and has presented research at the APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting, a national physical therapy conference. She plans to continue growing as a therapist by becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Jessica graduated in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Misericordia University, and remained there to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2017. Honoring Misericordia University’s charisms of mercy, service, justice, and hospitality, she and her graduating PT class were integral parts to creating and running the school’s pro bono clinic, serving uninsured and underinsured individuals of Dallas, Pennsylvania.
Raised locally in Harford County, Maryland, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, and finds pleasure in hiking and camping with her friends and family. On the weekends, she can be found out on the water, and enjoys boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
