PT, DPT, MPH, CMTPT, CSCS, FMSC

Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Jessica is originally from Manassas, VA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University and Master of Public Health as well as her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jessica utilizes a combination of manual techniques and functional exercises that allows her to help patients obtain their maximal functional mobility and return to the activities they enjoy. She especially enjoys treating shoulder, knee and ankle injuries. She also performs sports preventive screening and movement analysis. More recently, she has developed a passion for treating cervical spine disorders with a special emphasis on treating headaches.

Jessica holds certifications in Certified Manual Trigger Point therapy, Strength and Conditioning, as well as Movement Screening.

When Jessica is not busy in our Powhatan clinic, you can find her at different sporting events to support her kids. She also enjoys training and taking care of her Golden Retrievers. In her spare time she enjoys painting and horse back riding.

When asked what the best advice she has received is, Jessica thinks of her father. “My Dad gave me great advice when he told me to choose a career that I loved and then I wouldn’t feel as though work was work but a passion. I feel that this advice really helped me because in choosing the field of PT I thoroughly enjoy my work as a craft and not as a job”.

Jessica holds Direct Access Certification and is available to evaluate and treat patients without a prescription from a physician.
