Javier has been a physical therapist since 1986 after graduating from a bachelors program at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He has experienced working in acute care, rehab and outpatient setting in Manila, Philippines, then Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates before migrating to the United States in 1990. He worked at Johns Hopkins hospital and then Northwest Hospital prior to joining Carroll County Sports clinic in Westminster in 1993. Since then, he has remained in an outpatient setting in the Westminster area, specializing in orthopedics but with focus on complex chronic pain patients as well. Javier believes in treating patient in a holistic yet eclectic approach, keeping an open mind with a variety of diverse techniques, focused on delivering the best quality care with optimum outcomes.
