Heather White, PT, DPT joined Pivot Physical Therapy June of 2023. She currently works at the Arlington, VA (Crystal City) location. Heather enjoys treating patients with various orthopedic conditions. Heather believes in forming strong relationships with her patients in order to help them reach their goals. As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association she believes in the importance of advocating for the physical therapy profession and her patients. Heather has completed continuing education in Pain Neuroscience and will continue to grow to provide quality care for her patients.

Heather graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Methodist University in North Carolina after getting a Bachelors in Kinesiology at California State University of Bakersfield in California.

Outside of the clinic Heather enjoys going to museums, baking, exercising, reading, spending time with her guinea pigs, and going on hikes with her husband.
