Geoff Irons joined the Pivot Physical Therapy team in Fayetteville in March of 2015, having worked previously as a travel therapist at a skilled nursing facility in Iowa. He has particular interest in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and plans to pursue manual therapy and dry needling certifications.
Geoff was raised in Greensboro, NC, and graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in 2006. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2010 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2014, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. As a student at USA, he gained clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, and acute care settings.
Geoff is an avid UNC sports and Carolina Panthers fan and enjoys playing basketball, exercising, and painting.
