Gary Tomalis, PT, MSPT is the current Clinic Director in our Dallas facility. He has been at this location since its opening in 2015. Prior to joining Pivot, Gary worked 10 years at Mercy/Regional Hospital in Scranton in the outpatient department. He had the opportunity to work very closely with several orthopedic groups. Gary received his Bachelors of Science degree in from the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in 2003.

Gary has 14 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. He enjoys meeting and treating patients of all demographics and of varying diagnoses. He has had extensive knowledge and training on evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and enjoys the challenge of restoring the patient to their previous level of function. He has significant experience treating patients with vestibular dysfunction and post-concussion symptoms.

Gary resides in the Back Mountain with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys playing golf and getting away with his family on long weekends. Gary also enjoys coaching youth sports in the Back Mountain.
