Elizabeth Garfola is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director at the Martinsburg, WV (The Commons) location of Pivot Physical Therapy.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Biology in 2014, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2017. She is level III certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, and has treated a variety of diagnoses and pathologies ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics, and neurology.
