Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Cynthia Harnish, DPT is the Clinic Director of the Pivot New Holland, PA Office and has been with the company since November of 2016. She sees a wide variety of orthopedic injuries including knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, neck and back. As a runner, she is especially interested in treating leg and foot injuries and understanding how these regions work together in people experiencing pain.

She has a special interest in the pelvis and pelvic floor and the interdependent nature of these regions with the rest of the body. She has completed training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute to treat conditions such as incontinence, pregnancy/postpartum pain, dyspareunia, and more.

Cynthia has her Bachelors in Health Sciences and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. During her college years, she competed on both their track and field and cross-country teams where she was an NCAA All-American and National Champion.

Personally, she continues to enjoy recreational running as well as cooking and gardening. She and her husband run a small farming operation with hay, cattle and chickens and love seeing their son grow up loving tractors and homemade applesauce.
