Craig joined Pivot Physical Therapy in June 2015. Craig brings 22 years of clinical experience to Pivot, primarily in the outpatient orthopedics setting. He has extensive experience in spine care as well as a special interest in LE biomechanics. Craig’s treatment approach builds on a foundation in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) for the spine as well as extremities. Craig is certified in MDT through the McKenzie Institute. He is additionally an APTA Board Certified Orthopedics Specialist, a role he’s held since 2004.
Craig works closely with multiple Delaware spine surgeons and interventional spinal pain management physicians to develop collaborative and interdisciplinary treatment models. He has substantial experience in the treatment of injured workers in various stages of the rehab continuum. Craig has additionally been involved in clinical education and teaching throughout his career and was previously Director of Spine Rehab and Director of Education for PRO Physical Therapy.
Craig did undergraduate prerequisite work at James Madison University and graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1993 with an MS in Physical Therapy.
