Courtney Twilley has been a Physical Therapist for over 10 years specializing in orthopedics and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is skilled in using manual therapy interventions to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions for patients of all ages and has a strong commitment to providing the highest level of quality and individualized care.

Courtney has received post-professional training in treating women’s health conditions from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She has experience working with a variety of populations including prenatal and postpartum patients, bowel and bladder dysfunction, organ prolapse and pelvic pain syndromes. Courtney has also recently received her certification as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist which focused on treatment for patients suffering from chronic pain. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Women¹s Health and Orthopedic Section of the APTA. Courtney also enjoys working with students and is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. She continues to further her education and training by taking continuing education courses focused on pelvic floor, chronic pain and orthopedic physical therapy.

Courtney attended Bucknell University and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Cell Biology and Biochemistry. She then attended the University of Delaware and earned her doctorate of physical therapy in 2006.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and being outdoors.
