Christopher Knight


Physical Therapist, Clinic Director

Christopher Knight is the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist in our Salisbury, NC clinic. He came to North Carolina from West Virginia in January 2018. Christopher was born and raised in West Virginia, where he graduated from Elkins High School in 2009. He attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, where he played collegiate baseball and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. He then worked as a personal trainer for 1 year prior to attending West Virginia University, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Christopher completed an orthopaedic residency program in 2020 and received his Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist designation from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. As an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, he is also certified in Dry Needling (Cert D.N.) and Direct Access (DAC). He has received extensive post-doctorate education in medical screening to ensure all patients are physical therapy appropriate to get the best outcomes possible. Christopher enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and emphasizes injury prevention, athletic recovery and improvement, nutritional education, and proper sleep habits.
