
Carrianne Sullivan
Carianne has been practicing physical therapy since 2017 after receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. She enjoys working with patients of all ages with a variety of conditions. She treats many diagnoses ranging from musculoskeletal impairments, chronic back pain, neurological conditions, and sports related injuries to name a few. Carianne uses a client center approach focusing on the patient’s goals as the driving force for each individualized treatment plan. As a physical therapist, Carianne strives to promote, maintain, and restore individuals’ functional independence to allow for the best quality of life for each of her patients.
