Bobbi is the Clinical Director of Pivot Physical Therapy in Chambersburg, PA where she specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, post-surgical rehab, movement assessment and neuromuscular re-training. Bobbi joined Pivot in March of 2020 and brings extensive experience from her 24 years at Spaulding Rehabilitation in Boston, MA – a world leader in advanced rehabilitation treatment and research. She has received numerous awards for exemplary work in patient care, program development, education, teamwork, and promotion of services. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their functional and recreational goals and feels strongly that educating patients about their injury and treatment approach is an essential part of achieving optimal results. Bobbi has been a leader in developing individual and clinic programs for runners and cyclists, serving as the coordinator of the annual running clinic at Spaulding Rehab in Wellesley as well as bike fit and injury prevention clinics for cyclists. She served 17 years as co-director of Spaulding’s Aquatic Physical Therapy program and has developed and organized various exercise-training groups for patients with joint replacement, spinal dysfunction, and Fibromyalgia.

She is proficient in neuromuscular movement analysis and optimization training in the orthopedic and sports medicine population and has lectured on evidence-based physical therapy interventions for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Bobbi served as Program Coordinator of Spaulding Adaptive Sports Center in Boston, working closely with members of the Communication and Development departments in program operation, expansion and fundraising initiatives. She has published research on the benefits of Adaptive Sports and Recreation in individuals with disability.

Bobbi is a native of Shippensburg, PA. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and has had extensive postgraduate training in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic disorders.

In her spare time, Bobbi enjoys mountain biking, hiking, boating, riding ATV’s with family, and assisting in animal rescue efforts.
