Benjamin Opoku Bediako is a Physical Therapist in Bowie, MD and Capitol Heights, MD. He is committed to the pursuit of healthiness and is dedication to serving the needs of his clients/patients.
Prior to obtaining his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Loma Linda University, California, he had completed his BSc. Physiotherapy at the University of Ghana, Legon, in 2007. He received his Postgraduate Certification in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (Bobath/NDT) in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2011 and Professional Diploma in Project/Research Design & Mgt. at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, the UK in 2012. Ben is a Functional Standards for Optimal Aging Expert and is certified to perform the A-FIT predictive test on seniors.
Benjamin worked as Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Loma Linda University and also at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Ghana (his native country). He participated in a number of volunteer activities, including working at WonderLab, a not-for-profit company that specializes in children with developmental delays due to a variety of diagnoses.
Benjamin is married with two lovely sons and a daughter and he loves to read, sing, play soccer and hike.
