Austin Marsh
Austin Marsh joined Pivot PT as a practicing outpatient Physical Therapist in 2020 after graduating from the East Tennessee State University Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program the same year. Austin grew up in Howard County, Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2017.
Austin strives to help his PT patients recover to their fullest potential while also enjoying their time in the clinic. He will spend extra time completing manual therapy and exercises as needed, enjoys building excellent rapport with patients, and is sensitive to his patients schedule and works effectively within their time constraints.
Having the freedom of rehab treatment creativity and flexibility allows each session to be specifically tailored toward the patient’s condition and ability. He makes PT sessions for children fun and engaging, challenges high school and adult athletes to achieve optimum injury recovery, and aims for all patients to achieve maximum physical therapy results through individual patient-centered treatment plans.
Austin is a former stand out high school athlete in Howard County and huge Baltimore Ravens and Maryland Terps fan. He loves dogs and lives in Germantown with his English cream golden retriever Bentley.
His paramount goals as a PT are always to help his patients regain their highest possible level of physical function, while also having an enjoyable experience at the clinic.
