Amy Lewis, DPT, AIB-VR is a physical therapist who has been working in the outpatient setting since graduation. She joined Pivot in April 2017, when they merged with Dynamic Physical Therapy. She treats a wide range of patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric population and a wide variety of diagnoses. She enjoys treating orthopedic injuries, especially the shoulder. Sports rehab is also a passion of hers. Amy is certified to treat vestibular/vertigo conditions through the American Institute of Balance and also performs dry needling. She incorporates kinesio tape techniques in her treatment to assist in her patient’s recovery.  Amy is also a Level 4 Industrial Rehabilitation provider performing work conditioning and functional capacity evaluations.

Amy graduated from University of Toledo in Toledo, OH with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH.

Amy has been married since 2014 and has two children (boy and girl twins).  She enjoys fishing, beach going, and playing a wide variety of sports.
