
Amy Crouse
Amy is the current clinic director at 4th and Union in Wilmington, DE and has been at this location for four years. Amy specializes in vestibular rehab particularly with BPPV diagnosis.
Amy attended West Chester University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2013. She then went on to Neumann University where she completed her doctorate in Physical therapy in a specialized weekend program in 2017. Amy became certified in vestibular therapy by the American Institute for balance in 2019 and advanced certification in 2022. Amy is also certified in Rock Blade application which is an intervention utilizing an instrument to assist in soft tissue mobilizations.
Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys spending time with family. Amy enjoys participating in soccer and diving where she both coached and played. Amy is an avid soccer fan who frequents the Philadelphia Union home games and is a current member of the Son’s of Ben, the supporting section for the Philadelphia Union.
