Amanda Mellendick is a Physical Therapist at the Eldersburg, MD location for Pivot Physical Therapy. Amanda is local to the area, growing up in Reisterstown, MD, and has a strong passion for helping others to reach their maximum recovery and get back to participating in activities that they love. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Lebanon Valley College and continued to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at LVC as well, graduating in May of 2022. At LVC, she was a starting defender on the women’s lacrosse team all four years and created a mentorship program for Physical Therapy students at LVC to best succeed in the difficult coursework. Amanda specializes in orthopedics, with a focus on athletics, pediatrics, and concussion rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys living a very active lifestyle, including lifting, running, hiking, exploring new places, and coaching lacrosse. In her down time, she loves to read, cook, watch movies, and spend time with her family and friends.
