Strategy Session & Personal Fitness Assessment
We want to know what is important to you and how we can best help you accomplish your goals. Every member gets a free strategy session to help them on their fitness journey. This session helps us create a personalized exercise program that specifically targets your health, fitness, and performance goals.
Pivot Performance is committed to providing safe and effective Personal Training Services. Each hour-long session is led by one of our Performance Coaches and specifically designed to meet your personal goals. Workouts are varied and progressive to keep your sessions challenging and fun. It’s our job to keep it fresh and to keep you motivated!
This option provides you with our caring, encouraging, and skilled coaches to lead you through your personalized program. We teach, motivate, and support you toward goal actualization in a safe and personal way, and we have fun doing it!
Group Fitness Classes
Our proven functional training methods are available in targeted exercise sessions that provide an accepting and supportive experience for all. Our classes can be modified for any fitness level and with a wide range of options, there is sure to be a class for everyone!
Independent Gym Membership
With this option, you have access to our facilities during our open hours. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to answer questions or help you out.
Train With Your Team
Maximize your team development through the technical training of strength, power, speed and agility. We offer training for athletic teams of all ages.

Do you want to learn all about food and how it relates to your fitness and sports goals? Looking to eat better? Perform better?
The first step is to schedule your initial nutrition consultation, a 60-minute, one-to-one sessions with a certified nutrition specialist. We will discuss your medical history, eating habits, daily intake, readiness for change, possible pitfalls and strategies for success. We will also conduct assessments on your height, weight, BMI and body fat percentage to give us a baseline for your progress. Then we will help you set realistic goals and give you a dietary plan that is individually tailored to your specific needs.
