Dr. Robert Kipp, President of Pro-Health Chiropractic in Southport, CT spoke to WTNH-TV about what you need to know to prevent injuries when you are out playing in the summer sun.
Injuries are common in the summer for both children and adults, according to Dr. Kipp. Before folks head out the door Dr. Kipp says four things need to be remembered in order to prevent summertime injuries, including:
- Proper Rest
- Adequate hydration
- Dynamic mobility activities
- Static stretching
